HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

Yay! You’ve placed an order. At checkout, you can choose your shipping delivery time. Generally, ATM objects should arrive in 5-14 business days. If you live in North America the processing time will be quicker – longer if you’re international. Thank you for your patience – the shipping industry is still trying to keep pace with our global sisterhood.

Please note, customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. You are responsible for these fees and any other taxes, please check with your local customs office to understand what they may charge. We cannot take responsibility for items delayed or lost in the mail.

Returns

All orders are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges.

Damaged goods?

Sometimes bad things happen to good products. We want to you to receive our items exactly as we intended and if they are damaged when they arrive, we will gladly replace them. Please send us an email with photos of the item in question to info.atm.online@gmail.com.

We will review the damage and if there is a mistake, we will get new items out to you.
